Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@winkler-mode.com to initiate a return.
Returns are only accepted if the items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
Contact:
Send us an email with your order number and the reason for return to info@winkler-mode.com. Returns without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return Instructions:
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Packaging:
Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval of the return. No restocking fees will be charged.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to process the cancellation, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been shipped.
