- Free Shipping: Available for all orders within Switzerland.
Shipping Procedure
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have begun processing your order. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.
Transit time is approximately 7-11 business days (Monday - Friday).
We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within Switzerland.
Delays
If the maximum processing time and shipping of your order have elapsed and your order still has not arrived, do not panic. Allow for up to two additional business days (Monday to Friday) and remember to use your tracking code. Should your package still not have arrived, please contact us with your order number.
We ask that you allow an additional three business days (Monday to Friday) before contacting us. Should your order not have arrived by then, please contact us at info@winkler-mode.com. We will investigate the issue.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@winkler-mode.com. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@winkler-mode.com. We will review your case promptly and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
